She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Smith and Ola S. Skaggs Smith; her siblings, Clarence Smith and Rita Lykins; and her nephew James Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Cody Moore and Kari Leigh Golden; her grandchildren, Cadence Jade Golden and Gavin Golden; and her sister Susan McNabb.
