He is survived by: his wife Shirley Parsons Davis; his daughter Jayne Woods of Charleston, WV; his grandsons, David B. Toler Jr. of Hopkins, SC and Will Stevens of Catlettsburg, KY; his great grandchildren, Logan, Caelyn, Keeley and Presley; and his sisters, Helen Edwards of Proctorville, OH and Sharon Simpkins of Prichard, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
