He is survived by: his children, Patricia Rice (James) of Catlettsburg, Michael Caudill (Toni) of Gadsden, TN and Gary Caudill (Matt Lombardi) of Peachtree Corners, GA; his grandchildren, Andy Rice (Michelle) of Mesa, AZ, Matthew Rice, Jason Rice of Catlettsburg, Lea Hudson (Stephen) of Milan, TN and Connor Caudill of Peachtree Corners, GA; his great grandchildren, Damian, Angelina, Samantha Rice of Catlettsburg, Erin Rice of Tempe, AZ, Destiny and Gabriel Hudson of Milan, TN.; and his siblings, Verna Lee Menshouse of Ashland, Rena Kay Phillips of Russell and Randal Keith Caudill (Donna) of Simpsonville, SC..
