She is survived by: her parents, Kimberly Howell Johnson of Russell, KY. and Christopher Johnson (Janice) of Greenup, KY.; her children, Alexis Alana Wiley and Gage Robert Wiley of Grayson, KY; and her siblings, Tonya Duncan of Russell, KY., Kristen Johnson of Grayson, KY., Jessica Stephens of Flatwoods, KY., Amanda Martin of Greenup, KY, Wesley Barney of Greenup, KY. and Casey Johnson of Greenup, KY..
