She is survived by: her children, Christopher C. Mullins (Lisa) of Monroe, OH and Rita Joyce Mullins Clay of Albertville, AL; her grandchildren, Sawyer Ann Mullins of Monroe, OH, Macy Carol Mullins of Cincinnati, OH, Justin C. Clay of Huntsville, AL and Adam Wayne Mullins of Catlettsburg, KY; and her siblings, C. J. Hensley of Lavalette, WV and Nell Smith of Belair, Maryland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
