He is survived by: his parents, Terry Frazier and Debbie Frazier of Russell; his daughter Hannah Collins (Jonathan) of Flatwoods; his grandsons, Hayden and Jaxon; his brother Sam Frazier (Amanda Cleaver) of Nicholasville, Kentucky; his nephew Hayden Frazier; and his niece Macey Cleaver of Nicholasville.
