She is survived by: her parents, Sammie Charles and Barbara Ann Russell Whitman of Wurtland, KY.; her husband James Emerson Blair III of Wurtland, KY; her children, Jacob Blair (Makenna) of New Boston, OH, Josiah Blair of Wurtland, KY and Ashley Pancake (Aaron) of Wurtland, KY; her grandchild Averie; and her brother Kevin Whitman (Tammy) of Berea, KY. She is also survived by three nieces, and a host of extended family and friends.
