She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Laura Grace Bolin Kerr; her brothers, William "Buddy" Kerr and Stevie Kerr; and her brother-in-law Dewey Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Hopper of Russell Springs; her children, Donald Wayne Hopper (Barbara Reese) of Lebanon, Tennessee, Dr. Vicki Hopper Wysocki (Ronald) of Columbus, Sherri Branscum Hartman of Russell Springs and Kimberly Hopper Francis (John) of Bridgeton, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Lee Potts, II, Tristan John Francis (Sarah), Zachary Wysocki, Clancey Caroline Hopper and Madelynn Francis Hendrickson (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Dylan McKenzee Potts, Jael Lynn Hendrickson, Nava Marie Hendrickson and Talia Leslie Hendrickson; her sisters, Wanda Brown of Russell Springs and Sue Hopper (Jack) of Jamestown; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Kerr of Russell Springs and Pam Kerr of Russell Springs.
