It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Clark of Russell Springs, Kentucky, born in Campbellsville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Eubank and Jewell Pike Eubank; and her sisters, Betty Hudgins and Sherry Rooker. She is survived by: her husband Charles Clark of Russell Springs; her sons, Charles Kevin Clark (Kim) of Russell Springs and Stephen Clark (Bridget) of Russell Springs; her grandchildren, Logan Clark (Cortney) of Russell Springs, Devin Clark of Russell Springs and Enrique Clark of Russell Springs; her great grandchildren, Paislee Clark and Prezlee Clark; and her siblings, Jimmy Eubank and Kimberly Cain of Campbellsville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, KY 42503.
