She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Maggard of Somerset, KY and Madanna Hall of Russell Springs, KY.; her siblings, Patricia Evan of Russell Springs, KY. and John Fortenberry of Liberty, KY.; and her grandchildren, Parker Zimmerman, Maleah and Lillian Taylor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
