She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar "Shorty" Stephens and Luda Johnson Stephens. She is survived by: her daughters, Myra Ford (Christopher) of Russell Springs and Katisha Wilson (Dewayne) of Russell Springs; her granddaughters, Anna Ford of Russell Springs and Abigail Ford of Russell Springs; and her sister Judy Hay (Kenneth) of Jamestown.
