He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bunch and Jewell Hill Bunch; and his sister Jerry Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Michele Bunch of Russell Springs; his daughters, Tamara Stephens Stephens (Boris) of Russell Springs, Jill Haste-Purtee (Brian) of Waynesburg and Ashley Silverman of Somerset; his stepson Jeremy Myers (Carrie) of Russell Springs; his siblings, Lonnie Bunch (Wanda) of Russell Springs, Donnie Bunch of Franklin, IN, Bobbie Burks of Russell Springs and Kim Stivers (John) of Russell Springs; and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Abbey, Jordyn, Connor, Benjamin, Timothy, Jacob, Bentley, Nathan, Zachary and Rebecca.
