She was predeceased by: her parents, Oris Beane and Agnes Smith Beane; her husband Urias "Deedle" Stephens, Jr.; and her sister Marlene Smith. She is survived by: her children, Richard Stephens (Debbie) of Jamestown, Lanny Stephens of Russell Springs, Kyle Stephens (Judy) of Russell Springs, Shannon Biller (Norm) of Lexington and Deidre Richardson (Steve) of Russell Springs; and her grandchildren, Ryan Stephens (Sara), Kynna Stephens, Keli Jones (Jeremy), Jonn Stephens, Khari Gaskins, Seth Wade and Samantha Robertson (Ben). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
