He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Stephens (McQueary) and Lee Stephens; and his brothers, Ronnie and Gerald Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Marie Stephens of Russell Springs, KY; his children, Nancy Smith (Doug) of Russell Springs, KY and John Stephens of Russell Springs, KY; and his sister Mary Ann Gaskins of Russell Springs, KY.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews other family and friends.
