He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Whitehead (Webb) and Alvin Whitehead. He is survived by: his wife Bessie Whitehead of Russell Springs, KY; his children, Jennifer Howard of Manchester, KY. and Ricky Whitehead of Manchester, KY; and his grandchildren, Wesley Whitehead (April), Kelly Mann (Matthew), Ramson, Rikki Leigh and Rileigh Whitehead. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
