He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Baker Rose and Nannie Himes Rose; and his siblings, Albert Rose, James Robert Rose, Darrell Bowman, David Bowman, Grant Bowman, Ruthie Cole and Margie Ann Rose.
He is survived by: his children, Janel Renee Wehunt (Brent) of Richmond, Crystal Adams (James) of Berea and Roy Adam Rose of Richmond; his siblings, Pearl Ballard and Tom Rose (Jane); his grandchildren, Justin Calhoun (Allyson), McKenzie Calhoun and Londyn Ivy Wehunt; his great grandchild Linda Rose; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Bowman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
