He is survived by: his mother Opal Virginia Isaacs; his stepfather William C. Isaacs; his siblings, Tonya Hatton (C. B.), Keith Garrett (Diane) and William C. Isaacs Jr. (Christina); his nieces and nephews, Jason Garrett, Donavan Garrett, Elizabeth Libby, Garrett and Abigail Isaac; his close friend Timmy King; and also Vickie Rayburn (John).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
