With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raydean Bowen (Richmond, Kentucky), born in Kenton, Kentucky, who passed away on December 3, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Bowen and Ellen Abney Bowen; his sister Linda Towery; his brothers-in-law, Charles Towery, Gayle Poynter and Coy Poynter; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Freeda Poynter.
He is survived by: his wife Della Poynter Bowen; his daughters, Patricia Copeland and Della Morgan; his grandchildren, Angelica Wright (Seth), Patricia Copeland, Leslie Bowen and Alvin Copeland (Starla); his great grandchildren, Esther Rae Wright, Treyvaughn Copeland, Teighan Copeland and Tayleigh Copeland; and his siblings, Nancy Lewis (Eric), Connie Reid, Bonnie Wade (Johny), Ronnie Bowen (Betty) and Johnnie Bowen (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
