She is survived by: her husband Howard Watson; her daughter Sheila Powell of Richmond; her grandson Robert Steven Powell (Bernice McCoy) of Richmond; and her siblings, Buddy Tipton (Trina) of Winchester, Harold Tipton (Berta) of London, James Anthony Tipton (Diane) of Winchester, Linda Means of Irvine, Nina Marie Stamper of Irvine and Norma Jean Nixon of Winchester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
