She was predeceased by: her husband Ronnie "Utay" Newell; her parents, John William and Cleona Estes Babb; and her sister Shirley Jane Purcell. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Wayne Newell (Misty), Debra Conner and Donna Kelley (Doug); and her sister Jewell Dean Parke. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; as well as a host of other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
