He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Rigsby Tussey; his children, Eric Scott Rigsby (Toni Marie) of Tuscon, AZ, LaDonna Diane Rydman of Nonesuch, KY and Leslie Danielle Huett (Walter) of Richmond; and his sisters, Loretta Gaye Fannin and Charlotte Harris of Boyd County. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
