He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Lee Jenkins; his parents, William Garfield and Eva Mae Jenkins; his son William Paul Jenkins; and his grandparents, Walter and Edna McGregor Jenkins.
He is survived by: his son Greg Jenkins of Clarksville, TN; and his stepdaughters, Tonya Merrick and Penni Merrick. He is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
