He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Elbert and Neva Susan Kingery Storms; and his siblings, Neva Mae Riddle, Alice Evangeline Wilson, Betty Sue Slaybaugh, Carolyn Ann Thomas, James "Jim" Norris Storms and Otho "Buddy" Carol Storms.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Ann Moore Storms; his stepchildren, Sandra White of Evansville, Lori Stuckey of Evansville and Larry Dale Stuckey of Princeton; and his sister Linda Paulette Bloodworth of Princeton. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren.
