He was predeceased by: his parents, Judith Burns Vaughn and Junior Vaughn; his daughter Katlyn Marie Gipson; and his siblings, Darryl Vaughn, Thomas Vaughn and Glenda Fletcher.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Dees (Jason Lloyd) of Madisonville, KY and Jerratt Vaughn (Sheila) of Madisonville; his siblings, Harold Vaughn, Jane Powell, Judy Gunn, Karen Scott, Robin Urban and Charlotte Trinidad; and his grandchildren, Emma-Gayle LaRose, Summer Vaughn, Zack Epley and Izayah Lloyd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
