It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome Lee Benson of Princeton, Kentucky, born in Eldorado, Illinois, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jerome Lee (Benson, Jr.); and his brother John Clinton Benson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hobbs Benson; his sons, J. L. Benson Trucking and Joel Dwayne Benson; and his grandchildren, Jordan Benson, Joshua Benson and Katrina Benson. He is also survived by his wife of fifty-four years, his two sons and three grandkids.
