He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie Witherspoon and Angelee Cotton Witherspoon; and his brothers, Steve Witherspoon and Neal Harper. He is survived by: his children, Kylie Witherspoon of Marion, Kendra Manus of Marion, Bailey Wood of North Carolina and Jase Manus (Chelsea) of Murray; his brother Ronnie W. Witherspoon (Annette) of Caldwell County; his girlfriend Christy Anderson; and his close friend Maetta Witherspoon Walter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
