She is survived by: her children, Susan Stallins (Anthony) of Bowling Green, Cheryl Mattingly (Mike) of Pleasanton, CA and Tim Castleberry (Rhonda) of Madisonville; her brothers, George Creekmur (Mida) of Evansville, IN and Lester Creekmur of Elizabethtown; and her grandchildren, Bradley Stallins (Stephanie), Beth Stroud (Eric), Katie Mattingly, Quinn Papini (Adam), Will Mattingly, Ryan Castleberry (Tara), Taryn Buntin, Kylie Tate and Colton Duff. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
