He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel and Hubert. He is survived by: his wife Judy of Princeton; his son Dean (Paula); his grandsons, Malachi and Josiah of Walton, KY; his son Dan; his granddaughters, Emma and Danielle of Henderson, TN; and his siblings, Verna Caudill (Cliff) of Richmond, KY, Emory (Glenna), Jack (Betty), David, Mike (Karen) and Steve (Tina). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
He was Green River Hospice Chaplain with Madisonville, KY, Trover Foundation (now Baptist Health Deaconess) serving in McLean, Muhlenberg and Hopkins Counties 2007-2010.
