She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey "Mac" Shelton McGillem, Sr. and Edith Woolsey McGillem; and her brothers, Bruce McGillem, Aubrey S. McGillem, Jr. and Kevin McGillem.

She is survived by: her sister Shelley Cates (Terry) of Madisonville. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
