He is survived by: his significant other Shelia Stanley; his daughters, Christy Williams and Katrina Young; his stepdaughter Ashley Thacker of Pikeville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Edward Gilliam (Florence) of Elk Fork, William Paul Gilliam (Beverly) of West Liberty, Rufus Hesque Gilliam (Connie) of West Liberty, Danny Gilliam (Lora) of West Liberty, Donnie Gilliam (Patty) of Elk Fork, Elmer Gene Gilliam (Carol), Geneva Gamble of West Liberty, Elizabeth Gilliam of West Liberty, Rose Mary Johnson of West Liberty and Alberta Cantrell of Elk Fork, Kentucky.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
