He is survived by: his children, Richard Ellis (Vickie), Sharon Ellis May (Wayne), David Ellis (Susan) and Karen Lynn Ellis; his grandchildren, Ashlee Borders (Neil), Austin May (Kaitlin) of Woodland Park, CO, Alison Thornsberry (Christopher), Michelle Wilson (Matthew) of Richmond, KY, Steven Bradley May (Cara) of Pueblo, CO and Michael Ellis; and his family, Dr. Blake Burchett, Dr. Ayesha Sikder and Dr. Jack Kendrick.
