It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas May Hereford III of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas May Hereford Jr. and Inez Mae Richmond Hereford; and his brother David Richmond Hereford. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Hereford; his children, Thomas May Hereford IV (Jamie) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Mary Cooper Broadfoot (Robert) of Decatur, Goergia; his brother John Robert Hereford (Cheri) of Kingsport, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Chelsea Blackman (Corey), Ian Scott Cooper and Tessa Anne Cooper; and his great grandchild Ellery Lynn Blackman.
