She is survived by: her children, Sandra Little (Rudy) of Pikeville, KY, John Perry (Jeanie) of Prestonsburg, KY and Kenneth Perry (Vicki) of Garrett, KY; her grandchildren, Brad Perry, Shawn Perry, Matthew Zemo, Michael Zemo, Kendra Perry, Jamie Perry and Lilyan Perry; her great grandchildren, Braxton Perry, Brantley Perry, Cali Perry, Cash Perry, Dylan Zemo, Emma Zemo, Drake Zemo and Chance Zemo; and her siblings, Bill Haywood, Edna Youngless and Patsy.
