He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Elliott and Martha Messer Elliott; his wife Natalie Ealey Elliott; his daughter Carolyn Rohr; and his siblings, James Elliott, Linen Elliott and Mary Sue Horton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisha Yates (Ronald) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Debra Williamson (Michael) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Deidra Dixon (Kevin) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his son-in-law Johnny Rohr; his grandchildren, Jonathon, Veronia, Shane, Tara, Amber, Makayla, Silas, Samuel, Isaiah and Elizjah; and his sisters, Sarah Craft of Indiana and Pearl Greene of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
