She is survived by: her daughter Kim Waddles of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her brother Doug McCarty (Peggy) of Keystone Heights, Florida; her grandchildren, Jacquie Evans, Kristen Slone, Marie Tuft, Kayla Mosley and Tommy Mosley; and her great grandchildren, Kyle Evans, Bryson Evans, Addie Slone, Kenzie Slone, Lucas Graves, Ellie Slone, Connor Graves, Dean Spears and Skylar Tuft.
