She is survived by: her husband Chester Pack; her children, Don Pack (Angie) of Georgetown, KY, James "Slick" Pack (Sandra) of Prestonsburg, KY, Malissa Pack Adams (Rick) of Shelbyville, KY, Della Francis Pack (Ahmed Bakry) of Lehigh Akers, FL, Tobi L. Pack Baca of Prestonsburg, KY and Stacy Ann Pack Fitchpatrick (Jamie) of East Point, KY; her sisters, Lila Jean Williams Crabbe of Lexington, KY and Mary Francis Williams Bates of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Heather Pack Howell and Jason Pack; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn Thornsbury, Christian Montgomery, Jessa Montgomery, Abby Howell, Kylie Howell and Brady Feltner.
