She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Crisp of Prestonsburg, Gary Crisp of Lexington, Kentucky, Karen Harris of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Sandra Howell of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her sister Bonnie Hinton (Spears) of Orange Park, Florida; and her grandchildren, Jonni Ousley (Jack), Paula Harris (Lisa), Misti Howell, Angela Allen, Dustin Crisp, Bethany Sullivan, Ashton Crisp, Mason Crisp, Matthew Crisp and Adam Crisp. She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
