She is survived by: her husband Eugene Vazquez; her children, Alex Vazquez of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Carmen Vazquez of Prestonsburg, Lilliana Vazquez of Prestonsburg and Mayra Vazquez of Mexico; her sisters, Melissa Horne of Prestonsburg, Gina Horne of Columbus, Lisa Case of Pikeville and Stephanie McKinney of Harold, Kentucky; her sister-in-law Loretta Taylor of Charleston; her nieces and nephews, Clifford Horne, Austin Case, Breann Mulligan (Seth), Kayla Irick (Matt), Cheyenne Horne-Hall (Derrick), Tara Yates (Chris) and Jessica Case; and her uncle Friends.
