She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hall and Pearlie Hall (Prater); her sibling Noama Wagner of Pierceton; and her children, Tavis Pennington and Kellie Warner.
She is survived by: her children, James Pennington (Henrietta) of Prestonsburg, Wayne Pennington (Pam) of Prestonsburg, Millard Pennington (Lynn) of Prestonsburg, Maudie Elliott (Doug) of Claypool, Greg Pennington of Warsaw and Carl Kendrick (Tammy) of Claypool; her brother Frank Hall (Mary) of Palestine; her grandchildren, Michael, Misty, Tasha, Robin, Tavis, Heather, Kason, Autumn, Travis, Sarah, Tyler and Shay; and her husband Carl Kendrick. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
