She is survived by: her spouse Gene Kendrick; her son Jason Marshall Mitchell of Lexington, Kentucky; her brother Steve Fitzpatrick of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and her nieces and nephews, Josh Fitzpatrick, Jeff Fitzpatrick, Jacob Fitzpatrick, Kyle Fitzpatrick, Kayann Kerr and Fallon Smith. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, family and friends.
