He is survived by: his stepchildren, Austin Stone and Lauren Painter; his brother Ronnie; his grandchildren, Dixie Bolen of Garrett, IN and Roger Bolen (Tina) of Hueysville, KY; his sisters, Roseann Conley of Stroh, IN and Linda Wireman (Clark) of Hueysville, KY.; and his girlfriend Vickie Huff.
