He is survived by: his wife Janice Sue Arnett Wells; his son Zachary Wells of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Madison Holbrook of Prestonsburg, Dakota Wells of Prestonsburg and Zachary Wells of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and his great grandchild Bentley Wells.
