It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Miller of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father George Tiviss; her husband Luther Miller; her sons, William Henry Goble and Raymond Eugene Goble; and her siblings, James "Buddy" Goble (Evelyn), Josephine Musick (Marvin) and Dotty Lou Woods (Palmer).
She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Mullins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jesse Mullins (Kristy), Jason Mullins, Kellie Goble and LeAnn Goble; her great grandchildren, Kyra Tackett, Trinton Moore, Brody Goble and Kilee Ousley; and her nephew Friends.
