He is survived by: his father Eugene Vazquez; his siblings, Alex Vazquez of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Carmen Vazquez of Prestonsburg, Lilliana Vazquez of Prestonsburg and Mayra Vazquez of Mexico; and his aunts and uncles, Melissa Horne of Prestonsburg, Gina Horne of Columbus, Lisa Case of Pikeville, Stephanie McKinney of Harold, Loretta Taylor of Charleston, Marcelina Vazquez, Darnell Vazquez, Julio Vazquez and Margarito Vazquez.
