He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Crum and Dakota Adkins Crum; his son Jimmy Lee Crum; and his brothers, Woody Crum, Jay Crum, Harold Crum, Bailey Crum and Dallas Conn.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Allen Crum; his great grandchild Beckham Butcher; and his siblings, Bud Crum of Pikeville, Pauline Gardener of Salyersville and Dotty Layne of Michigan. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
