She is survived by: her children, Sammie Wade Wells (Elizabeth) of Wilmington, NC, Douglas E. Wells (late Fran) of Cleveland, TN, Bernadine Isaac (late Babe) of Martin, KY and Belinda Amburgey (William) of Lexington, KY; her brother Meredith D. Slone (Genevee) of Hi Hat, KY; her sister-in-law Carla Slone of Jeremiah, KY; her grandchildren, Racheal Emily Greer (Jason), Sara Marie Hamilton (Eric), Laura-Jean Isaac and Joseph Hunter Wells; her great grandchildren, Madison Hamilton, Slade Hamilton, Kaydence Greer, Avery Greer and Tristan Greer; and her children-in-law, Fran Wells and Babe Issac.
