She was predeceased by: her parent Lee Hamilton; her sister Wanda Sexton; and her pet Nemo. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Booten (Tyler) of Belfry and Rachel Salisbury of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her grandson Jake Salisbury; and her sister Debbie Johnson of Prestonsburg, Kentucky..
