He is survived by: his sister Peggy Jarrell (Kenny); his daughters, Trena Caudill (Tim) of Prestonsburg and Pamela Gayheart of Prestonsburg; his grandchildren, Bridgette Rogers (Colby) of Williston Florida, Brandon Caudill (Amber) of Prestonsburg, Shane Howard (Jess) of Lexington and Jenna Clark of Indiana; and his great grandchildren, Hailey LaVigne of Florida, Payton McFarland of Florida, Lola Rogers of Florida, Alistair Rogers of Florida, Dalton Ousley of Prestonsburg, Adora Howard of Prestonsburg, Michenslee Clouse of Prestonsburg, Allison Rae Caudill of Prestonsburg, KY, Colton James Caudill of Prestonsburg, KY and Rhegan Layne Caudill of Prestonsburg, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
