He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Perry and Ruthie Ramey Perry Jr.; his spouse Vernecia "Anita" Boyd Perry; and his sons, Steven and Jason Lee Perry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany "Landon" Davis of Hazard, KY and Stacy "Anthony" Perry of Prestonsburg; his siblings, Mike Perry (Carla) of Sitka, KY and Lisa Perry Mollett (Stanley) of Boons Camp, KY; his grandchildren, Gemma, Stephen, Keira and Harper; his nephew Carl Jarrell, Jr. (CJ); his brother Paul Ray; his sister-in-law Debbie Boyd; and also Judy Fitch (George) of Meally, KY. He is also survived by three sibling.
