He is survived by: his daughters, Marsha Collins Maynard (Gordon) of Prestonsburg, Cristy Hamilton (Brad) of Richmond, Tina Collins (Keith Williams) of Mt. Sterling and Stephanie Hamilton (Anthony) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kyle Collins, Triston Hamilton, Lauryn Hamilton, Dalton Collins, Ariel Hamilton, Serena Collins, Madison Collins, Gage Turner, Lillian Maynard and Miles Maynard; his great grandchildren, Teagan, Rowan, Kyla and Shayde; his godchildren, Andrea Burns and Bub Collins; and his sisters, Louise Hale of Blue River and Patty Adams of Ohio.
